About Minimal Viable Launch
At Minimal Viable Launch (MVL), we help founders and entrepreneurs turn ideas into reality through fast, smart, and scalable use of AI.
Our content exists to cut through the noise, no hype, no jargon, just real insights that help people think differently about business and technology.
We’re expanding our content output and are looking for a part-time video shorts editor to help us bring our podcast clips, founder interviews, and thought-leadership content to life across LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts, Instagram and TikTok.
What You’ll Do
- Edit short-form videos (15–90 seconds) from long-form content (podcasts, interviews, workshops)
- Identify strong hooks and shape clips that hold attention from the first second
- Add captions, motion graphics, b-roll, and dynamic cuts to keep videos visually engaging
- Optimise clips for platform trends and formats (LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts, TikTok, Reels)
- Maintain consistent brand feel and visual style across all content
- Collaborate with our creative team to test new ideas, formats, and storytelling styles
What We’re Looking For
- Strong experience editing short-form content (ideally for thought-leadership or podcast brands)
- Great sense of rhythm, pacing, and storytelling
- Skilled in Premiere Pro, Davinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro
- Detail-oriented, self-driven, and able to deliver fast turnarounds
- Bonus: familiarity with AI, startups, or tech content
