Agile Project Leader

You bring strong Agile project management skills (Scrum, Kanban, Lean or hybrid approaches) and can adapt delivery to evolving project needs.

Client-Centric Liaison

You build trust through exemplary onboarding/offboarding, maintain client portals (e.g. Basecamp), and ensure expectations are met.

Process Architect

You design and refine workflows, set milestones, and eradicate friction to drive faster, smoother project delivery.

Detail-Obsessed Organiser

Nothing slips through the cracks under your watch. You track tasks, risks and deadlines with precision.

Remote Work Champion

You thrive in distributed teams, communicate proactively and keep everyone aligned across time zones.

You serve as the go-to contact, anticipate client needs and champion their success throughout the project lifecycle.

Technically Fluent Project Manager (Bonus)

You’ve overseen development projects end-to-end, liaised with engineers and translated technical requirements into clear deliverables.

What You’ll Do

• Project Oversight
  
  Lead our AI and SaaS initiatives using Agile methodologies: facilitating sprints, backlog prioritisation, and iterative delivery from kickoff through launch.
  
  

• Client Management
  
  Act as primary point-of-contact: manage onboarding/offboarding, maintain Basecamp-style portals and deliver transparent updates throughout the sprint cycle.
  
  

• Technical Coordination
  
  Translate client objectives into actionable tasks; collaborate with developers during sprints to scope, prioritise and resolve issues.
  
  

• Process Improvement
  
  Continuously refine Agile practices, PM frameworks, templates and dashboards to optimise efficiency and reduce delivery risks.
  
  

• Quality Assurance
  
  Define acceptance criteria, oversee testing phases and ensure outputs meet client standards.
  
  

• Risk & Issue Management
  
  Identify potential blockers early, propose mitigations and escalate as needed to keep projects on track.
